Five fire crews from Guildford and Godalming were called to a semi detached property in Ludlow Road shortly after 1am on Tuesday (March 12).A South East Coast Ambulance (SECAMB) and a paramedics car attended but the man was declared dead at the scene.

A SECAMB spokesman said: "Sadly one person was pronounced dead at the scene and I believe other patients travelled to hospital to be checked over.
