Father of Ocean Elliott charged with manslaughter

THE father of a Guildford toddler who died three years ago has been charged with manslaughter in relation to her death.
Two-year-old Ocean Elliott suffered brain damaged and died at St Thomas's Hospital, London in 2009.
Ben Keith Curtis, of Eastbourne, has been charged with manslaughter. The 29-year-old has been released on bail to appear at Guildford Magistrates Court on Tuesday (October 9).
