Free Park and Ride buses in Guildford

SHOPPERS and visitors can take advantage of a free Park and Ride service this Saturday (March 2) in Guildford.

Parking and bus travel from Merrow and Artington will be free from 10am. 

Guildford Borough Council said the the event will help provide a boost to the town centre economy and celebrate the launch of Guildford's Business Improvement District, Experience Guildford.

The Merrow Park and Ride bus service (number 300) operates every 15 minutes. There is an extra stop on/off stop point at London Road/Cross Lane and North Street. The first bus in to the town centre is at 7.30am. The last bus back to Merrow is at 7.15pm.

Artington Park and Ride bus service (number 200) operates every 10 to 12 minutes. There is an extra on/off stop point in Portsmouth Road. The first bus in to the town centre is at 7.30am. The last bus back to Artington is at 7.30pm.
