Health food stores in Guildford

With the New Year in full swing, some of you are probably trying hard to keep to their New Year's resolution of keeping fit and being more healthy. Maybe you've hit a crosswords where you don't know what to do next. Thankfully, Guildford has a lot of health food shops and these are just some of the best in the area.

Food For Thought

This can be found just off North Street on Haydon Place. User 'kelsech' said: "Food for Thought in Haydon Place, Guildford sells an extensive selection of health foods, supplements and remedies. If you like to live a healthy life and avoid foods laced with chemicals and nasties, then this is the shop to frequent."

Facefirm Health Foods

In terms of location this is a bit out of town, closer to Bramley than to the town centre, but you'll also find a good selection of products to keep you on the right path and is full of organic and natural food products.

GNC

Not so much an independent store but in terms of location it's right in the town centre at the new Friary Centre. There's plenty to find in there as you'd expect from a store like GNC.
