N-Dubz Dappy to re-appear at Guildford Crown Court

N-DUBZ singer Dappy will reappear at Guildford Crown Court for trial today over an alleged fight at a petrol station.

Dappy, whose real name is Contadinos Contastavlos, is accused of his part in an brawl on the forecourt of the Shell garage in Woodbridge Road, Guildford.

The 25-year-old has pleaded not guilty to two charges of common assault and one count of assault by beating.

Co-defendants Kalonji Stewart , 31, of Harborne, Birmingham, and Kieran Vassell, 24, of Hammersmith deny a charge of affray.

A fourth defendant, Alfred Miller, 28, of Brentford has pleaded guilty to affray.

The incident was said to have happened at the Shell garage in the early hours of February 28.

The trial is expected to last one week.
