N-Dubz' Dappy guilty of affray

N-DUBZ singer Dappy has been found guilty of an affray and an assault on a man following a fight at a petrol station in Guildford last year.

A jury at Guildford Crown Court returned a guilty verdict against the rapper who appeared for a week-long trial under his real name Dino Costas Contostalvos, 25-years-old of Royal College Street, London.
The rapper was found not guilty of two further offences of assault against two young women following the affray at the Shell garage in Woodbridge Road on February 28 last year.
Kieran Patrick Vassell, 25-years-old of Chambon Place, Hammersmith, London was found guilty of affray.
Kalonji David Stewart, 32-years-old of Ferncliffe, Harborne, Birmingham was found not guilty of affray.
Alfred James Miller, 28-years-old of Brook Road South, Middlesex admitted affray.
The three men are due to be sentenced at Guildford Crown Court on Friday, February 15.
