The flame will be carried through Godstone, Bletchingley, Redhill, Reigate, Dorking and Westcott before finally heading into the borough via Shere, making an excursion through Godalming and then ending the day in Guildford.
A night of celebrations are being planned in Stoke Park in the evening.
It's also the final stop for the torch relay before it heads to London as this leg is a week before the official opening of the Games.
The fact the torch relay will visit so many Surrey towns and villages over three days next summer is a thrilling prospect," said Denise Saliagopoulos, Surrey County Council cabinet member for the 2012 Games.
"It should pass within 10 miles of almost everyone in the county so I hope as many people as possible turn out to celebrate."
The relay starts at Land's End in Cornwall on the 19th May and ends at the Olympic stadium in Stratford, East London for the opening ceremony on the 27th July.
