    Green bags will be replaced by wheeled bins.
    Guildford Borough Council have made a decision during an Executive meeting last night (21st June) that they hope will improve the garden waste collection service. Green sacks will be replaced by wheeled bins and a new payment option will be available from April 2013. The wheeled bins means that more waste can be recycled.
