My experience of this company was most unsatisfactory. I had arranged to rent one of their properties. We had a verbal agreement and I had signed the tenancy agreement. I had arranged removals and deliveries to the new address. At the last moment St Pier pulled out of the agreement and let the property to someone else who had apparently offered a higher rent. The agent was as shocked as I was by this behaviour. I would advise anyone thinking of renting a property from St. Pier to think very carefully before having anything to do with this company.
