JAZZ fans from Guildford will be able to see graduates from the Academy of Contemporary Music and Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts play at Bar des Arts next month (November, 2013).
Members of Guildford Fringe Theatre Company and Pitgems Creative Theatre Company will be performing ‘Cabaret Twist’ at the bar on Wednesday, November 6 from 7.30pm.
Sara Burks, Co-owner of Bar des Arts, which is located opposite the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in Millbrook, said: “We are thrilled to have such talented musicians visit us at the bar.
“Anyone who comes along on the night will be treated to renditions of soul, jazz and swing classics by the likes of Frank Sinatra, Michael Bublé and Ethel Waters.”
Cabaret Twist features vocals from 21-year-old Danniella Schindler and 20-year-old Eloise Smith who both recently graduated from the Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts.
Daniella is a trained singer and actor and has performed as the lead in new musical workshop ‘Deepover’, as well as a soloist on the Battersea Barge for Pitgems Creative Theatre Company.
