GUILDFORD street music lovers are (October, 2012) invited to a bar in the town to hear a street band that performed at the Olympic Park following the closing ceremony of the Paralympics.
The No Limit Street Band will play at Bar des Arts on Tuesday, October 23 from 8pm with proceeds from the event donated to the charity Cadence Drum and Bugle Corps based in Guildford.
Sara Burks, Co-owner of Bar des Arts, which is located opposite the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in Millbrook, said: “We are really looking forward to hearing the No Limit Street Band. The band recently played six nights at the Olympic Park, including doing a gig outside the stadium after the closing ceremony of the Paralympics.

There are 80 members in the band aged from five to 21-years-old. The band provides youngsters with the chance to experience the joy of music and performance and make lifelong friends.
“During the event on October 23 the band, which includes three trumpeters, two trombonists, one tuba player and two percussionists, will play popular hits by Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Jessie J, Bon Jovi and many more.”
