COMEDIAN Nigel Munson will be taking Guildford folk on a journey of love when he performs at Bar des Arts next month (November, 2013).
Nigel will be putting on ‘The Love Show’ at the bar on Thursday, November 7 from 7.30pm.
Sara Burks, Co-owner of Bar des Arts, which is located opposite the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in Millbrook, said: “Nigel will be putting on a comedy variety show like no other for our lovely audience. We can’t wait to see him get on-stage and take people on a journey of love.
“The show will educate audience members on some very important lessons including maintaining a healthy love life as an older person. Nigel will also be performing with his Love Band and will be teaching audience members how to love through the magic of rock and roll.
“It looks set to be a great night full of laughter and anyone looking to meet someone should come along as Nigel promises to make two members of the audience fall in love by the end of the night.”
Guildford-based Nigel regularly hosts music and comedy nights across the country and has recently returned from touring his brand new play, Soften the Grey.
He also writes with London sketch comedy troupe The Oxy Morons.
Entry on the night will cost £5 per person. Booking is essential and can be done by calling the bar on 01483 453227.
Bar des Arts is a café by day and a cocktail bar by night. A range of wine, beers, cocktails and soft drinks are available to purchase, along with meat or cheese platters. The bar hosts a variety of events and exhibitions, including live music, dance performances, open mic nights and many more.
