Basketball Summer Camps

Guildford's

hugely successful basketball team The Heat will be running a number

of summer events across the area for children between the ages of 8

and 16.

Both

days will take place at The Spectrum Leisure Complex in Stoke Park

with the first on 10th August with another on 23rd August. Both days

will start at 10am and finish at 4pm. The price will be £26 per day

The

Heat will also be running a three day camp for older players at The

Surrey Sports Park. It will run from the 2nd to the 4th

of August and is targeted towards 15 - 18 year old National League

Players. The aim of the camp is to give attendees the extra edge in

their training, playing and lifestyle. Skills, drills and match play

will be delivered by Heat Coaches and extra workshops will be

delivered by Surrey Sports Park's Performance Manager to give the

best preparation for the season ahead. High Performance workshops

will include Speed, Agility and Jumping, Strength and Conditioning,

Flexibility and Personal Workout Plan.
