Not happy with Moss Bros

I would not recommend Moss Bros: They do not offer an appointment service. They charge you for an extra day hire even thought they say you may return it Monday rather than Sunday. They do not iron the shirts (they were creased beyond belief.) They do not always measure properly, or write down the correct information. Most, (not all) of the staff are stuck up at best, rude at worst. They charged us for a childs handkerchief and when the admitted finding the item- did not refund us. They have not responded to our letter of complaint........Need I say more?

The Right Fit

Moss Bros on Guildford high street has some really amazing suits that are cut so well, they feel so comfortable and look so sexy! Love it :)
